Pelica

Privacy policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

In short: Pelica runs on your own PC. There is no Pelica server, no account database, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your chats are stored on your computer. If you sign in with Google, Pelica syncs them through a hidden folder in your own Google Drive, and nobody else, including the people who make Pelica, can see them.

What Pelica stores on your PC

Your chats, projects, memories, saved prompts, settings and downloaded models are kept in files on your computer, in Pelica's folder under your Windows user profile. Sign-ins (to Google or to connectors) are kept encrypted with Windows' own protection for your user account. Uninstalling Pelica or deleting that folder removes them.

Signing in with Google

Signing in is optional. Pelica works fully without it. When you sign in, Pelica asks Google for:

Pelica uses the app folder to sync, between the PCs you sign in on: your chats, projects, memories, saved prompts, your name and your custom instructions. Models, workspace folders, connectors and other settings stay on each PC. The data goes directly between your PC and Google; it never passes through a server run by Pelica.

Pelica's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Pelica does not sell this data, does not use it for advertising, does not use it to train AI models, and does not share it with anyone.

Removing your data from Google

Children

Pelica is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
